Treasury Specialist - Dublin 1
Treasury Specialist Our client, an international banking group, currently requires a Treasury Specialist to join their operations team.
This is a permanent position that requires an experienced treasury professional with strong understanding of treasury processes and cash management.
The successful candidate will be apart of an operations team of four and as a Specialist, considered to be most senior member of the team.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide guidance and training to junior members of the team regarding treasury operation matters.
The successful candidate will have prior training experience within a treasury environment.
Ideal candidate: - You should have a degree in business related subjects and preferably have some form of treasury qualifications
- As a Specialist, you will have an understanding and experience of a range of treasury products including Money Market, FX Swaps, IRS, Cross currency swaps and floating rate fixing codes with the an understanding of how they work.
- As this is an Operations role, you will have experience of settling the above products within an operations environment and ideally have a strong understanding of Swift messaging.
- This position will include cash management, therefore, applicants with Zero balancing, Interest Rate pooling and liquidity management will have a distinct advantage.
- A full understanding of cash reconciliations is essential
Salary guide: €38,000 - €44,000 + benefits
