JOB DESCRIPTION
Full Time Social / child Care Workers Required for Monaghan / Louth area working with teenagers displaying challenging behaviours.
TTM Recruitment are seeking to recruit full time Qualified Social / Child Care Workers or other suitably experienced people with professional qualifications from areas such as Social Work / Psychology/ Teaching or Psychiatric Nursing for an upcoming Residential Care project in the Monaghan / Louth region, working in a residential setting, dealing with clients presenting with challenging behaviour. Full time hours available for the successful candidates who will work with our client on a Locum basis. Successful applicants must: - Have a recognised qualification in the areas of Social Care / Social Work / Psychology / Teaching / Psyiatric Nursing (ideally Applied Social Studies in Social Care)
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working in Social Care, working in a residential setting dealing with clients displaying challenging behaviour or working with teenagers in a community setting.
- Ideally be TCI / PMAV trained with a current Garda Clearance.
- Have fluent written and spoken English.
- Be flexible with a friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills.
