DBA, Netweaver, SAP, Oracle, design, support
realTime is seeking a
SAP DBA & Netweaver Specialist to join a large SAP team.
The DBA & NetWeaver Specialist role is a key role in the on-going design and support of IT enabled solutions for the Company’s business.
The main functions of the role include:
· Identify and implement the technology roadmap to underpin the Group-wide, mission critical, Oracle and SAP Business System IT platforms.
· Administration for the Company’s SAP suite (which includes ECC , BW, CRM , PI , Enterprise Portal , SRM ) and Administration for the Oracle based business systems.
· Support the in-house Application Development and Functional Teams
· Work with the wider Technical Team to deliver additional functionality / components as required by the Business
Ideally candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
· A motivated self-starter, with a strong desire and track record in keeping abreast of the fast moving technology environment, through user group and / or other external engagements.
· A demonstrable ability and track record of implementing Enterprise scale, Oracle and SAP based IT platforms in a Windows environment.
· At least 5 years experience in Oracle database administration in an Enterprise environment.
· At least 5 years NetWeaver Administration experience in a multi-component SAP environment (SAP NetWeaver certification desirable, along with experience of Enterprise Portal, PI and CRM)
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
· The ability to work on one’s own initiative and a proven track record in meeting goals.
· Good problem solving / analytical skills and the ability to see issues through to resolution.
