Standarization and Data Management Engineer required for Co. Galway based company.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of M-PLM and E-PLM data control and storage system on site.

Desirable experience:

• Experience implementing industrial data control system
• Understanding of change control procedures: ECR, ECO
• Understanding of CAD data storage and control
• Understanding of drawing document storage and control
• Recent experience working with an OEM or automotive 1st Tier supplier
• Implementation of M-PLM and E-PLM data control system
• Familiarity with SAP control systems
• SQL.
• Generate Reports (i.e. Crystal Reports).
• Excel Macro Development.
• Catia experience.
• Mindset of continuous improvement a must.

 

Professional Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with all areas of business and their interaction
• Working within a relevant regulated industry
• Microsoft Proficiency (MS Office, Project)
• Team Leading.
• Working within quality systems i.e. TS16949, ISO 15504, ISO 9000, CMM/CMMi
• Relevant Engineering Qualifications (Degree/HNC/HND)
• Recent relevant industrial experience
• A high degree of organisation and enthusiasm and the ability to communicate competently across all working levels; Management activities, interaction with OEM Customers and other Departments and branches within the company.
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity
