JOB DESCRIPTION
A global player in Food Ingredients and a supplier of valued brands and food products to the Irish and UK Retail Markets.
Our clients portfolio of brands is instantly recognisable to the Irish Retail sector.
With large budgets across all categories they are currently looking for a senior marketing professional. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the strategic planning and direction across the Brands.
Key Responsibilities
Create an innovative marketing plan to grow the brands.
Full budget responsibility for channel performance, investment and brand performance by category.
Manage, coach and develop brand team to ensure successful delivery of brand KPIs and Objectives.
Direct engagement with Key Customers in support of brand listings.
Full responsibility of all PR and Media in relation to brand positioning and development.
Analyse shopping metrics and draw conclusions and devise marketing programs to address trends & behaviours.
Set best practice for the development of the brands
To input in the overall direction of the business, to see the bigger picture and drive plans based on this.
The successful candidate must have:
Marketing qualification. Have strong academic performance with an acute appreciation of business/commercial planning in your roles to date
Candidates must have a strict minimum 8 years Marketing experience with a leading FMCG or Blue Chip consumer brand. At least 3 years of this experience must have been in a people management role.
Strong consumer marketing skills, including full P&L ownership
