Deputy Manager Dublin Airport Our client a leading retail in this field wish to appoint a Store Manager to a store based in this new store opening at Dublin Airport Teamworx wish to meet with talented retail managers who come from a fashion and customer focused background.
The ideal candidate will - Have a proven track record in achieving sales plans
- Be very commercially astute with the ability to take ownership of various departments, controlling bottom line resluts
- Display excellent mentoring skills and the ability to lead and develop your team
- Practice ahands on style of management , being completely familiar with what is happening on the sales floor and also at back of house
- Have the ability if necessary to assume the role of manager should the need arise in a store
- Possess a proven track record in retail management with at least 3 years experience under your belt
